Winter is a great time to visit the Florida Everglades. Scenes of baby alligators are not uncommon in the Turner River. The river is most well known for it's meandering"Mangrove Tunnels". The branches of the Red Mangrove form a canopy over the river and are covered with beautiful Bromeliads. See my newest page "Florida Everglades" for more imagery of this amazing place.
